Join one of our knowledgeable keepers for an exclusive guided tour through the zoo’s public and behind-the-scenes areas. Learn all about our amazing animals, their habitats, and how we care for them every day.

Along the way, you’ll discover fascinating facts about reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates, see how their food is prepared, and get a glimpse into the daily routines of our zookeepers. You’ll also learn more about the zoo itself — from our conservation work and sustainability efforts to the important research projects we support.

Your experience includes a private animal encounter with some of our friendliest residents, time for photos, and a special certificate to remember your visit.

Upon purchase one of our team members will be in touch to arrange a date and time – tours last up to four hours with a half hour break after the first two hours.

Tours can start between 10.30am – 12pm.
